Plexiglass – NEW EP OUT TODAY

Today on the longest day of the year, and a few days before the start of our summer tour, we have released a new EP with 5 new Efterklang songs! We call it Plexiglass and it is now available on all digital platforms (listen here).

The new EP will also be released on picture disc vinyl in a limited edition of 500 signed copies. You can buy the picture disc vinyl direct from our webshop here (it comes with instant download of the EP) .

We will be celebrating the release today on the Danish Island of Møn where we currently are gathered for Efterklangs Sommertræf. We are working on new music the whole week and we open the doors on Saturday (sold out) and Sunday (tickets) to guests.

Our new EP features a long list of guests like our dear friend Karl Hyde from Underworld and Katinka Fogh Vindelev who used to tour with us in the Piramida days. More recent faces from our beloved live band like Bert Cools, Indrė Jurgelevičiūtė, Øyunn and Christian Balvig can also be found on the new Plexiglass EP. Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen has added some strings to the opening song Circles and same song features samples from the Danish electronic music pioneer Knud Viktor. All credits can be found here.
