Rumraket site updates including new video and song

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

I´ve just spend my entire evening updating and fixing Rumraket´s Myspace page. It is fully up to date now as it should be. Among many improvements I have added a new song (a remix by Turboweekend) from the upcoming Canon Blue single and also a new Canon Blue video for Battle Hymn.

Go have a look and a listen right here: RUMRAKET at MYSPACE
Soon we will also have news about a lot of Rumraket concerts in Denmark!!

P.S. for the Efterklang newbies who might be reading this - Rumraket is a record label that we run and it is full of good music.

Goodbye Posteverything.com

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

Posteverything.com has been the place to get Efterklang & Rumraket releases and merchandise since we signed to The Leaf Label in 2004. Just last week Posteveryhting.com closed down after many years of fine service. We will miss them!

There is a bunch of buylinks on our pages that directs you to Posteverything.com. We haven´t had time yet to change them but we will fix it soon.

In the meantime we can tell you about The Leaf Labels new mailorder shop which can be found here: Leaf at Greedbag. They have all the Efterklang stuff or will soon anyway.

We can also remind you about Rumrakets MP3 store at Klicktrack.com. There you can download all the Rumraket releases in high quality and DRM free MP3s. The Efterklang releases are also available there but can only be purchased if you have a Danish address. The others are universal.

Recently we just added Halcyon EP by Canon Blue and Parades by Efterklang to the Klicktrack store.

free new downloads!! Hulk remix and Canon Blue EP

Friday, December 21st, 2007

we have some new downloads to share with you!

First one is hosted by the Drowned in Sound run blog at Rcrdlbl.com. It is a remix of Cutting Ice To Snow the album closer of Parades and it is made by Hulk from Ireland - an artist we enjoy and admire very much.

Download Cutting Ice To Snow (Hulk Remix) via Rcrdlbl.com.

Next one is a full 4 track EP by our Rumraket friend Canon Blue. We recommend this highly and as a little bonus info we can let you know that Mads from Efterklang did the mastering of this new EP. It downoads as a zip-file and the MP3s are high quality and artwork comes along with the download as well.

Donatello, Leonardo, Raphael and Michelangelo

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

Sorry this post is not about the legendary Ninja Hero Turtles except from this post having 4 different stories as there are 4 Ninja Turtles…

First of all there is a new Efterklang interview up on The Milk Factory. Yep thats right! The Milk Factory has finally returned!

Then next a couple of Rumraket tips… Tonight Slaraffenland stars their US tour. Their longest so far! Have a look at the impressive tour right here at their myspace site. They also blog about the whole thing here - only in Danish though…

Yesterday Canon Blue´s Colonies album was released on CD in Scandinavia & Benelux. You can get it right here at Dotshop.se. The album is getting raving reviews, especially in UK these days (where it will be released October 8th). This Friday he will also embark on a American tour, which we have decided to call The House and Garden Tour as it started out as that. Lots of venues are involved now. Get the tour schedule here at myspace.com/canonblue

Then we have come to the last turtle… Peter Broderick our new violinist from Portland, Oregon is photo-blogging about his new life in Denmark. See pics from our pizza party and the Efterklang live rehearsals.
