Hello Sweet Friends!!!!

February 22nd (23rd in the US) 2010 we release our third album Magic Chairs and we can´t wait!!! (free download and album details can be found here)

But lets talk about concerts now! We can announce 24 new concerts today!! We will go on tour with our new 7-piece live band consisting of yours truly (Mads, Casper, Thomas and Rasmus) and then with the addition of Heather W. Broderick, her brother Peter Broderick and long time friend Frederik Teige. These three people also play an important part on our new album btw.

About a year ago we played a concert together with our good friends in Slaraffenland. We morphed our bands together, called it Slaraffenklang and played each other songs in new versions as a 12 piece rock band. You can still download a free live EP, recorded at that concert, over at rumraket.com/shop/freedownloads.html

Now the mutant band returns! Slaraffenklang will come back to do two concerts and then it will go back to sleep in its monster hideout. Here are the dates:

it started 5,5 weeks ago in London with the Performing Parades concert with Britten Sinfonia and then we continued as a 7 piece and tonight we are playing concert number 30 of the tour and then it is over!

Tonight is also the last concert for Katrine who has substituted for Heather on this tour. We will get to play with her again sooner than later but we will miss her, she has been so nice to have with on tour!

Thanks to all that came out for the shows. We thoroughly enjoyed playing for you and we are bringing so many nice memories with us home (and cheese – just bought some more nice cheese in Switzerland today!).

Very soon we can start letting you know about our whereabouts for 2010. The new record is out February 22nd so we will be “out” shortly after.
