Finally, we can confirm the very first US Tour in Efterklang history! We’ve worked and hoped for this to happen for a very long time, and now it’s time!

As you can see, we’ll be playing nearly all of the shows together with our good danish friends from Slaraffenland. Therefore we’ve chosen to call this tour The Danish Dynamite Tour:). We hope and believe this will be a row of very special concerts!

    I’m profoundly disappointed that you guys are skipping Minneapolis. We’ve got a great music scene and we’re basically the Scandinavian capitol of the United States! (I believe Norway still has a consulate here.) It’s a much bigger city than about half of the cities on your list!

    This is easily my most anticipated show of the year. I hope this says a lot given that you beat out the At the Gates reunion show (former metal head), M83, and Lollapalooza with Radiohead, NIN, and Rage Against the Machine…

    sorry about not making it to Minneapolis Detroit and Florida - hopefully the tour will be a success and we can come back again and play more places.

    You will love the Unitarian Church in Philly - it is a wonderful place to play, I have seen so many bands there. I am sure the bands will sound fantastic in the sanctuary, and the setting is so very appropriate for your music.

    What is your taping policy? Will we be allowed to record the show?

    To Casey: You can expected nothing less than an 8 piece band, with nearly all the instruments you can think of, and american dreams in their hearts! not sure if we can fit in on all stages:) but we’ll manage…
    To John: That sounds like something we can’t wait for!!! We don’t really have any taping policy… but we do bring a nice exclusive tour EP with live recordings from different spots in Europe! Sorry to be unclear…
