Yes, tomorrow we head out for new adventures again! It’ll be a nice blend of some cities we’ve visited before and places we’ve never seen. We’re all extremely excited!

Our past 7 concerts in Scandinavia have been absolutely magnifique!!!
We held our 5 year anniversary as a live band i Sønderborg playing for parents and their gray-haired friends as Sønderborg, Als is where Mads, Casper and Rasmus are from.
In Gothenburg we did our first street performance ever as the encore of the concert and in Lund the kind people from Swedish television followed us the whole day with 8 cameras! - we look forward to see the outcome of that.

Among many highlights I think we have to admit that playing Store Vega in our hometown Copenhagen was the bomb! Thank you so much to all who was present for making that evening something we will never forget.

come by LAB tonight! Erik Levander will play live at 21:00 and we will celebrate his new release Kondens on Rumraket. The official release date is March 17 - so this is a good opportunity to get the album a week before release date!
Entrance is free and the bar has good cheap beers and coffee, tea and cake!

March 6th 2003 we played our very first concert as Efterklang. It was in Copenhagen at Huset I Magstræde and in order to get the job we had to rent the venue and organize and promote the gig ourselves. To make it a special night we invited a 36 piece brass band (which Thomas used to play in) to share the bill with us - it was a great evening indeed!

Today will be also be a special day for Efterklang. We are playing in Sønderborg in the southern part of Denmark. This is where Mads, Casper and me (Rasmus) grew up and where we our parents still live - we look forward to play for them and hopefully a lot of their grey haired friends so we can celebrate with style! It will be our debut in Sønderborg!
In order to mark this special day for us we are giving away a completely new song entitled Mirror Mirror. It is a live recording from the Nordklang festival in St. Gallen Switzerland - we played there February the 16th in a former erotic cinema!
We are going to tour a lot until summer so please come and se us if you get the chance! The two next weeks bring Danish, Swedish and Norwegian concerts - then we go to UK, Ireland, France and Benelux - and then we go somewhere new!! soon to be announced. On September 26th, 2008 we'll perform our latest album Parades from start till end together with the Danish Radio Sinfonietta twice (8pm & 10pm), in the newly build DR Byen (National Broadcast Town) in Copenhagen, Dk. We can't wait!!!
