October 16th we start our first tour in almost two years! We are very exited!!
You can see all dates for the fall in our concert calendar.

We will pass by Paris / le Havre / Rennes / Madrid / Malmø / Oslo / Stockholm / Albertslund, Vejle / Aarhus / Copenhagen / Odense / Aalborg / Bristol / Birmingham / Leeds / London / Nottingham / Glasgow / Dublin / Belfast / Manchester / Brighton and Brussels in 2007. More cities to follow in 2008!

October 15th we will release our new album Parades. This video gives a little taste of whats to come! The music playing is our new song Horseback Tenors. The video is directed by Conkerco.

If you happen to run a venue or promote shows in France, Spain or Portugal then we have a favor to ask. Efterklang has a gap in the current tour schedule. We are looking for a concert on Friday October 19th in France or a show in southern France or north of Portugal or Spain on Saturday October 20!

It is about a week ago now, when Ingmar Bergman passed away on the small island Farö, in his native country Sweden. To watch and feel Bergman´s work means a lot to me, and I felt touched to hear these sad sad news…

A while ago our song Towards The Bare Hill from our mini-album Under Giant Trees was part of ThinkSynchFilms short film Competition.

We can now proudly present one of the results from this. Iyvone Khoo and Miguel Guzman from the UK have made a nice little video. Its a story of a girl puppet named Ping who is on a quest for freedom.

Iyvone and Michael would like to make an episode two of this story. They would like to hear from you what should happen to Ping now? Any suggestions? Please leave them as a comment
