Under Giants Trees released today!

Yay:) Today our new mini-album Under Giant Trees is released.

There are 5 new songs on it – Falling Horses, Himmelbjerget, Hands Playing Butterfly, Towards the Bare Hill and Jojo. The total playing time is 30 minutes.

As you may already know, the album comes in numbered and limited editions of 4500 cd´s and 1200 white vinyls (unfortunately vinyls are delayed a bit due to some pressing problems). It is released by The Leaf Label in the world and by our own label Rumraket in Denmark.

The artwork is made by Nan Na Hvass and inside the cd´s there are some magic puzzle cards!

In the fall of 2007 we will release a full-lenght album. This album and Under Giant Trees will not share any songs in the tracklistings.

    Super fed skive i er ude med.
    Styrtede ned og købte den i mandag og har nu snart hørt den 30 gange.
    Yeah den er fed. Jeg glæder mig vildt meget til efteråret. Så er der både ny plade og forhåbentlig en tour der fører jer forbi kolding, please.

    Just received info, that the Vinyl & CD will be out in the US on May 7th. We’ll tip you a couple of nice web shops later, but it should be available in your local one as well by then, else they can order it from Revolver.
    Concerning the the lyrics:
    There’s no official efterklang lyrics published yet! We like the idea of the lyrics being totally connected to the music & not separated in text form. When listeners create their own imaginations from what they hear, then the lyrics work the way we would like them to.

    Pre-ordered this at Amazon UK in March and still haven’t received a copy. This seems to have been a very limited edition if it was sold out before it was released!!!

    Wow. I stumbled upon your site and instantly fell in love with the song “Towards the Bare HIlls”. I don’t understand the language (I’m guessing it’s Danish?), however, the song invokes powerful images of bizarrely a funeral procession.

    I absolutely love the vocals in this song. Will pick up your song on iTunes! :)
